"Grant is everything you want in an insurance agent and more--he genuinely cares and is very responsive. Grant doesn't sell, he informs--he is honest and upfront about the pros and cons of any policy. He currently handles our home, auto and life. "I called today at 4:53pm with a few questions about getting a policy for a car that I am buying in AZ and traveling to CA with. The woman on the phone allowed me to explain my situation for 20 seconds, responded with "hello?" 3 times then hung up. I understand it was the end of the day near close but this was a blatant attempt to end the call because she hung up and failed to call back. I called back immediately and there was no answer. Thanks for the help."
